AC Athletics, Inc. was established in 2014. We offer full service, sports specific, speed, and agility training oriented programs. AC Athletics is run by a former professional athlete and college coaches; therefore participants can learn first hand experience from the pros! AC Athletics has established training programs in baseball, softball, and volleyball. In addition AC Athletics works hand in hand with CatcherMtrx, a focus driven program who shares its goal and ideas of training catchers. Together we train catchers specifically in baseball and fast pitch softball.
